What data do we collect?

DigiCare, powered by Future Connected Fibre collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, job title, office address etc.)

  • Product usage (IP address (which may identify an individual), the network used and the type of communication & information from cookies from connected devices.

  • Communications (via contact form on the website)

  • Device information including where you use our products and services, hardware manufacturer, model, and operating system version for the device.

  • Information you provide when participating in customer surveys or research studies and about your interactions with our channels and accounts on social media sites. This is likely to include personal information provided online or in writing, you “like” one of our posts, any posts where you reference DigiCare and details about yourself such as your name and user ID.

  • The Investigatory Powers Act forces ISPs to retain user browsing histories and metadata for 12 months. That data must be passed to numerous government authorities if requested.
